About Me
I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2012 and spent the summer living in National Parks as part of the Backcountry Trails Program. That experience instilled in me resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage complex projects with limited resources. After relocating to San Francisco, I started as a part-time grocery team member at Whole Foods Market—a role that became the foundation for the next decade of my career. Over the years, I advanced through multiple promotions, from frozen buyer to specialist, into store development and procurement leadership, and eventually into design strategy and operations. Along the way, I built operating systems from the ground up, influenced enterprise-level capital investment strategy, and developed tools and frameworks that helped teams work smarter and more efficiently.
At my core, I’ve always been a “builder”—a Lego enthusiast, puzzle lover, and problem solver drawn to operational strategy. I’m also an improviser: I performed regularly in Denver and produced the Edit Festival, a three-day event for women and non-binary improv teams. Improv taught me the power of “Yes, and”—an approach I bring to my professional work, using curiosity and adaptability to add value, solve problems, and collaborate across teams. That experience also inspired my pursuit of an MBA, which I completed in just one year during COVID while leading a team through a global operating model transition.
I’m constantly learning and expanding my skills. With the help of AI teachers, I became a Power BI expert and built my first app to automate a repetitive task for the design team. I love designing systems that bring clarity and efficiency and being the person teams rely on to untangle complex problems.
Outside of work, I’m a passionate fan of women’s sports—a day-one season ticket holder for Angel City FC—and a devoted pet parent to two dogs and a cat. I enjoy journaling, playing video games, improvising, and exploring ways to integrate strategy, creativity, and curiosity into both my professional and personal life.
